Notes
*The Pennsylvania Capitol Preservation Committee has done a superb job of preserving and protecting the battleflags carried into wars by the citizen-soldiers of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they help preserve and maintain one of the most beautiful buildings in North America, the State Capitol Building in Harrisburg. Any vistors to the Central Pennsylvania area should make sure they include a tour of this fascinating and wonderful building in their plans.
